FDL series Multistage Pumps
Features
FDLF, FDL, FDLL are non self priming multistage vertical centrifugal pumps, the pumps are available with standard motors. The inlet and outlet are located at the pump bottom at the same plate (inline type). All pumps are equipped with maintenance-free mechanical seal sets of the cartridge type.
Motor
FDLF, FDL, FDLL are fitted with totally enclosed fan-cooled, 2-pole, three phase standard motors.
From 0.37 to 2.2kw, pumps are available with single phase motors.(1*220 to 230V/240V)
Motor Protection
Single phase motor has a build-in thermal overload switch.
Three phase motor must be connected to a motor protective circuit breaker according to local regulations.
Ambient Temperature
+40°C should be the max environmental temperature. If exceed over +40°C, the motor will be burned out due to over-high temperature.
If installing the motor at the place that more than 1000 meters above the sea level, due to low air density, it will make the motor cooling effect in bad condition. So motor rated output power (P2) will be reduced.
